About Ruth:

 

Ruth is an experienced Nutrition Therapist, practising since 2003, she originally trained in reflexology and aromatherapy and set up her Holistic Clinic, Feeling Fine, in 1993. She specialises in seeing clients with digestive and hormone issues, including adrenal stress and thyroid.

Ruth’s background is in teaching and she has given many seminars over the years. She is passionate about the role of educating and does so in a positive, enlightening and humorous way.

So come along to learn more about how your body works, what delicious foods make it work in a more balanced way to increase vitality and keep those pounds off.

IN A FIRST EVER, Ruth is opening her house to share this day of nutrition knowledge and lovely food.

 

About the day:

 

    • The day will start with coffee/tea and something yummy.
    • Seminar on gut microbiome and their impact on our immune systems, brain and energy.
    • A relaxing two course lunch cooked by Ruth and enjoyed in her dining area.
    • Seminar on the right food choices to aid weight loss and bring about a sense of vitality. The best times to eat and practical tips on making it work.
    • Practical session on how to make kefir and komboucha and take some home with you to culture.
